Asthma Attacks

My personal experience for my son. When it is the season that triggers asthma, like beginning of another season, I control his chicken, dairy and food with preservative intakes. I give him more calamansi juice and as much as possible, let him stay in an environment that is not too hot nor not too cold. Airconditioning units are a great help during summer. When its the rainy season, I try to keep him warm by closing some windows. Hope this article helps most of you mothers! Stay healthy. 25 years ago today, May 2, I met a man that would change my life. Who gave me a better understanding of what unconditional love is, taught me how to survive (physically and financially) for the sake of my loved ones, gave me the positivity to keep me going while he is the one who is sick (so contradicting, don't you think?), and most of all, he gave me my only son. If I could only go inside my heart, I would, because he IS inside it....
